I have not-so-nice things to say about anyone who suggests that the economy is "recovering."
I made half this Christmas that I did last Christmas, and I've not worked this week due to lack of work to do. Thankfully, we have a budding home business, so it's not a crisis.
On a lighter note, I've been talking to a breeder of silver fox rabbits in South Carolina. The Architect and I will be taking a trip out to see her at the end of March to get a pair. I'm so excited!
Half of my seed order has arrived. I can't wait to get them started!
I am getting some Dutch at the beginning of March from SC, if your breeder would have stock available, perhaps the person who is bringing my rabbits to Dalton could bring yours as well.
ReplyDeleteOnly the sheep will believe anything the gov't. says - even as they are having the wool shorn right off them.
ReplyDeleteKeep those seeds coming & that garden going! And every time you bite into one of your homegrown yummies, revel in the fact that you're not paying Uncle Sam (via taxes) for the privilege of buying it from the grocery store.
April - thanks for the suggestion, but the breeder said she won't have rabbits 'til the end of May or the beginning of April.
ReplyDeleteCarolyn - yes ma'am! :)
You're welcome. :) Will you still be coming to the Dalton show? Perhaps we could meet up there.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure yet, but if I do, I will DEFINITELY let you know. :)
